Equality

Our school mission statement and vision underpin everything we do at Bowmansgreen. We value and celebrate each and every one of our pupils as individuals and get to know them all well enough to personalise their learning experience and pathway to success. We aim to ensure that coming to school is a positive experience for every pupil; we understand that children learn best when they are happy and feel secure and we work hard to make this a reality every day. We teach, promote and model equality and diversity and pro-actively tackle and address issues of inequality or discrimination. Everybody who enters our school should behave in a way which respects the protected characteristics of the Equality Act 2010.
